Join us for high-energy group training fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts.
We combine athletic movements like circuit and cardio-based training, with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Our instructor Brandon Funk will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

BlackHawk Fitness has the largest group exercise room in the area – with over 1200 sf of space. We call this our BGX room “Big Group Exercise!” Classes are constantly changing and updating due to demand, so please give us a call to see what is currently being offered.
