Senior Class Schedule
We are currently offering a limited number of senior classes with a capacity of 15 members per class. If you would like to join for the first time, please call or email ahead to check if there is room in the class you would like to join.
Current Class Schedule:
- Silver Sneakers Circuit Class: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8:30 am
- Silver Sneakers Classic Class: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 am
Our Silver Sneakers classes are covered by most senior health insurance benefit plans including Rewew Active, Silver&Fit, and Tivity’s SilverSneakers.

SilverSneakers Circuit Class Description:
The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.
SilverSneakers Classic Class Description:
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.
